We understand that sometimes your travel plans may change due to unexpected circumstances.
We kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event, that case the paid amount is 100% refundable.

If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled date and time, then no refund.  Sorry about that!
